Anyone can attend this conference, in particular students and post-docs in this area. We would however prefer people to register, which is most easily done by sending an email to one of the organisors G. Bhowmik, O. Ramaré, S. Eliahou et N. Raulf . This is simply so that we can evaluate the size of the room required. If you wish to give a lecture to this meeting, please contact one of the organisors, and this is also the advice given to anyone asking for financial support.
