Two post-doc positions of six months each are available for the academic year 2009-2010. One of these positions will be in Lille, the other one in Marseille. The candidate is expected to work in the area of functional analysis / function theory / spaces of analytic functions and their operators / dynamics of linear operators, so as to be able to integrate one of the two analysis teams of Lille or Marseille. Members of the ANR DYNOP project of the Marseille team are Frédéric Bayart (Clermont-Ferrand), Alexander Borichev (Marseille), Karim Kellay (Marseille), Nikolai Nikolskii (Bordeaux) and El Hassan Youssfi (Marseille). Members of the Lille team are Evgeny Abakumov (Marne-la-Vallée), Catalin Badea (Lille), Sophie Grivaux (Lille), Etienne Matheron (Lens) and Hervé Queffélec (Lille).

Applicants should send a CV, list of publications and research project to either Sophie Grivaux or Hassan Youssfi, or to both if they wish to apply for both positions (in which case the post-doc will spend six months in Lille and six months in Marseille). Applications should be sent by email (preferred) or postal mail before June 15. Please mention very clearly whether you are applying for both positions or not.
