Current position:

I am Assistant Professor at the Université Lille 1 (CV).
My research is carried out in the Paul Painlevé Laboratory, within the Probability and Statistics team - UMR 8524.
I also teach Mathematics to students at IUT A - Université des Sciences et Technologies de Lille, within the Computer Science department.
I defended my PhD in Mathematics at the Université Paris-Sud 11 (Orsay). My advisor was Stéphane Robin.

Research interests:

Model selection and tuning of statistical algorithms
Resampling procedures, cross-validation and leave-p-out
Kernel methods based on semidefinite positive kernels
Multiple testing, False Discovery Rate (FDR)
Density estimation and regression models, non-parametric statistics
Applications to biology and computer vision (CGH profiles, microarray data, video segmentation,...)
