SCOPE

The aim of this meeting is to bring together people interested in Approximation Theory from the north of France and Belgium, but also from other places. Various topics will be covered, in particular

Theory of complex Jacobi matrices and higher order difference operators, with applications to rational approximation and discrete dynamical systems.
Complex potential theory and minimal energy problems, with applications to convergence theory in Numerical Linear Algebra.
