Take a train Paris-Lille. There are two stations in Lille (Gare Lille-Flandres and Gare Lille-Europe) which both are convenient. Be sure to take a TGV train (Très Grande Vitesse): they will take you to Lille in one hour (rather than two and a half in a slow train). TGVs run every hour or so.
